You are not permitted to use or download any images from Art24Seven without the express permission of the artists and galleries concerned, and/or the owners of the site, Classified Art Limited.
Artists Terms & Conditions
In conjunction with the website, Art24Seven will publish four quality print selling magazines per year (full details announced at a later date). Each item featured in the magazine is carefully selected (by our directors and invited experts) from the increasing number of original works of art on our site.
In order to get involved in the Art24Magazine you must be a registered member on the website : www.art24seven.eu.com
Items selected for magazines are based upon
all of the following factors:
- Original Works: We are promoting "to sell" original art and crafts which will be sold on a first come first served basis. Customers understand that we are selling unique items and therefore speed in placing order will be paramount if they do not wish to be disappointed. We are happy to put the buyer in direct contact with the artist if the artist is available for commissioned work if the item ordered has already been sold. The item may be available in multiples as an item made in a limited edition of up to 300. We accept quality hand made and bespoke items including jewellery and furniture. We do not feature open ended items or prints. Generally, customers will not be disappointed when an original item is not available as they will understand that the magazine publication (and the web site) is specifically aimed at displaying an eclectic range of original works. They are purchasing the magazine to find a particular original artwork which will come directly from the artist or gallery located anywhere in the world, with much more too.
- Image Quality: Items that are professionally photographed are chosen above those that are not, due to their clarity in representing the quality of the artwork. We cannot stress the importance of this enough. If your image does not have a professional look it will not be selected – every serious artist should invest in a professional photographer to capture images of their artwork at its best.
- Artist Description: You must give a brief and informal description of yourself and load an up to date photo of you the artist! Include your date of birth, and all other relevant information including if you are available for commissions. In this section on the site please limit this to 500 characters.
- Item Description: Must be described fully and accurately – if items are not, this will jeopardize chances of having that particular work featured as it will not be loaded to the site (you can always try again!) You must complete a new form for each work you are submitting and up can load up to up to 4 views of the same work. Include details of the medium and what it is painted on, dimensions, and date of origin. Is the work ready for hanging? The customer must know exactly what they are getting. All facts are important. In this section of the site please limit this to 500 characters.
- Pricing of Work: All items listed are fully inclusive of Delivery, VAT and Taxes and a commission of 25%. You tell us the price you want to see in your hand, we will add 25% commission, and other costs based on the size and weight of the work. If you are not happy with the selling price, that is the price the customer will pay, please contact us in the first instance – pricing@art24seven.eu.com to discuss this.
- Terms & Conditions: When you become a member you are agreeing to these Terms & Conditions so please do ensure that you have read these and let us know if we can help you with anything. We are flexible and will bend over backwards to suit your agenda! Our motto: “If we can, we will!”
- Artist's Track Record: Artists selected for magazines often have a history of quick response, which ensures timely fulfillment of customer's orders. Artists who check e-mail daily and have strong, consistent follow through on orders receive our highest attention. Keep in touch! Our aim is to get a fine balance of knowing where we are with each other.
Terms & Conditions of Sale
General
1. The "Company" and "Art24 Seven" refers to Classified Art Limited.
The "Purchaser" refers to the person whose order is accepted by the Company. "The Recipient" means the person who receives goods from the Company as directed by the Purchaser.
Ordering
2. All orders are accepted on a first come first served basis and are therefore subject to availability. Original works of art may be reserved for up to 7 days by our Affiliates and Trade Partners if a 10% deposit
is made. The balance will be due in full, seven days later or as agreed. If the decision is made not to purchase, the deposit will be refunded in full. Orders cannot be guaranteed on placement.
Delivery
3. The Company will use every reasonable effort to ensure a timely and efficient delivery by reputable couriers and delivery agents. Art24Seven absolutely cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery for any cause.
Returns
4. The Company offers a full refund on all works that are returned by the Purchaser within 14 days of receipt. It is the sole responsibility of the Purchaser to ensure the artwork is returned to the Company within
this time. The Purchaser must bear the cost for the return. It is also important to return orders in their original packaging, therefore always open with great care and look out for the paperwork contained within the package.
Delivery
We are proud to be able to offer our paintings to you, no matter where in the world you are.
We aim to despatch your artworks within 7 days of your payment clearing. Subject to availability. Every order is taken on a first come first served basis and delivery can take anything up to 28 days depending on the destination. In normal circumstances you can expect to receive your order within 7 to 10 days.
Delivery to global destinations can be a complicated process but we will always endeavour to make it as simple as possible. We will keep you informed of pricing issues, customs duties if applicable, and any other issues which are pertinent to a smooth transaction. It is impossible for Art24Seven to have set delivery charges at this stage due to the huge scope of possibilities with global destinations, size, and weight and also cost variations. We know you will understand.
Returns
Buy with confidence! We offer a no quibble guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please e-mail us immediately and we will help you arrange the return within the 14 day approval period. You will need to complete the Returns Form contained in your package and return, if at all possible, in the original packaging. In most circumstances we will arrange collection, but the purchaser must bear the costs for these returns. Proof of postage must be obtained as we cannot be held responsible for items that fail to reach us.
Please note also that we cannot refund goods that are customer damaged. The seller will confirm receipt of returned goods in good condition and refunds will be made as soon as possible after that time.
Cancellations
Please send an e-mail at your very earliest convenience to:
enquiries@art24seven.eu.com quoting the artist name and painting title, also any reference numbers you may have. Please also be sure to tell us the reason for cancelling. Please ensure the words "CANCEL ORDER" is in the subject heading. If item has already been despatched Returns rules above will apply.
Complaints
At Art24Seven we do hope you will have no reason to complain. We do take our customer service extremely seriously though and if you do feel that you have reason to do this please contact us.
We guarantee to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
