Product Information

Where will the artwork I order come from?
All the artwork you purchase from Art24Seven will come directly from the artist to your door. This may mean that it will be sent from an artist near you or from nearly any country in the world. We always state the country of origin to make you aware that customs duties may be applicable depending on the destination country.

Will the artwork be framed?
In most circumstances the artwork will NOT be framed. From time to time the artist may decide that they must frame the work to complete it. If this is the case the product description will clearly state that the work is framed.

How will you ship?
If you want your artwork shipped rolled, just tell us. If you prefer it shipped flat, tell us that as well. Whatever your preference, we will accommodate you!

Orders

Do I have to pay for an order in full prior to dispatch?
Yes! Due to the nature of this business we have no choice but to request the payment in full at time of purchase. If you become a regular customer we will consider other payment terms. We offer a 100% no quibble guarantee if you are not entirely satisfied with your art purchase.

How can I place my order?
We prefer to receive your order via our web-site or by e-mail. If you prefer to send it by fax or by telephone you will find the numbers in the Contact Us page. All orders are dealt with on a first come first served basis. We cannot always guarantee that the work of art that you order will be available. We will immediately notify you if the work has already been purchased.

What if I place an order and it is not available ?
This is a likely scenario and we cannot apologise for it as it means that we are helping our members sell their work constructively. If this is the case we can suggest that you have an alternative choice or choices handy or if you would rather we can possibly put you in contact with the artist directly

Payment Methods

How do I pay for my art?
We accept all payments securely through the PayPal system. This option enables you to make payments without charges. If you do not yet have a PayPal account you can find the details here. Many more options will be announced shortly.
